As a senior HR professional, my journey in the world of Human Resources is a testament to my commitment to creating transformative change and exceptional solutions. With extensive experience operating at a strategic board level, I’m equally comfortable ‘rolling up my sleeves’ to craft, design, and implement innovative people solutions.

My career spans a diverse array of sectors, from Retail, Pharmacy, Healthcare, and FinTech to Warehouse, Distribution, Wholesale, Aviation, Construction, and Manufacturing. I’ve also made an impact in the public sector, particularly with the Government. My experience ranges from Start-Ups to FMCG giants, encompassing those in highly regulated environments, and from the UK to Global operations.
