At I-TRUST HR, I specialise in designing and facilitating bespoke team offsites and workshops that allow you to align teams to your organisation’s strategic objectives, connect teams and solve problems together.

Solution implementation:

To address the client's challenges, sessions were developed each year to meet their changing needs. My collaborative process involved working closely with the CEO and their team to identify desired outcomes and design offsite agendas that would effectively achieve those goals. I then facilitated engaging sessions tailored to these outcomes and used tools such as Lumina to assess personality dynamics and Squadify. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, I was able to ensure every offsite was meticulously developed to maximise impact and drive actionable results.

Client Overview and Challenge

The client is a dynamic fintech startup experiencing rapid growth whilst experiencing the challenges any startup face. Over the past four years, their team offsites have grown from 15 to a team of 40 passionate professionals all focused on making this start up a success. Their commitment to fostering a cohesive team culture, aligning themselves to vision and values, and strengthening strategic alignment has remained steadfast throughout their journey.

At the onset of our partnership, the client wanted to collaboratively develop their vision, values, and strategic roadmap. Subsequently, as the team expanded, it became necessary to ensure that every member remained aligned with the company's vision and values. Additionally, the client wanted to maximise their time together and develop connections among team members especially as some worked remotely and others hybrid.
